Understanding Gen Y and Island Music Festival Experiences (13/16)

Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are the top social channels for Gen Y's engaging in a "consumer to consumer dialogue." For island destination music festivals, promoting on social media is crucial, as it "allows people to interact with one another to comment on places, experiences, products, and services."
