SM use, personality characteristics, and social isolation (3/8)

In this article from the journal of Personality and Individual Differences, researchers study whether certain personality traits are associated with the relationship between increase social media use (SMU) and social isolation (SI). Using a sample of over 1700 participants between the ages of 19-32, it was found that “neuroticism was associated with higher odds” of experiencing SI in real-life situations.
