Sentiment Analysis and Social Media – How to Do Sentiment Analysis & United Airlines Case Study


I thought I would dive into social media sentiment analysis a bit by taking a data set from Twitter in response to the 2017 United Airlines fiasco, and analyzing it.  Note that I also conduct a deeper discursive dive on the Twitter data at the end.  Just in case you’d like see what else is transpiring with UA, I’ve included a wall below showing everyone talking about #UnitedAirlines on social media.
