Located within the Romain College of Business at the University of Southern Indiana, the Strategic Social Media Lab offers researchers and faculty space and resources to extend their teaching and investigative work through facilitated social platform opportunities.
The SSML is founded upon the principles of content creation, behavioral awareness, and measurement strategies – a tripartite structure undergirding all lab activities.
